LARA is an abbreviation for laboratories, doctors, X-ray institutes and pharmacies and functions as a partner network of UNIQA Versicherung. If you already have private medical insurance for outpatient services with UNIQA, the insurance will cover the costs with a partner in the LARA network in accordance with the tariff provisions.
Under certain conditions, such as entitlement to direct billing (e.g. for opting-out policyholders), the billable benefits are settled directly with UNIQA.
Doctors have the opportunity to join the partner network, which means they can guarantee fast appointments and high quality.
