The General Terms and Conditions apply to all – including future – business relationships between the healthcare provider and the patient.
Deviations from the general terms and conditions are only binding if they are confirmed in writing by the patient. Patients under the age of 18 require the signature of their legal representative to register. The ineffectiveness of individual provisions shall not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire contract.
Agreed appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within this period or failure to keep the appointment without canceling will be charged EUR 120.
Exceptions are health reasons. Cancellation is always possible free of charge.
The fee note can be paid electronically directly at reception after the appointment.
The fee note is then sent to the relevant social insurance institution for reimbursement.
Bank transfer within 5 days is permitted as a further method of payment, whereby no submission to the social security authorities will be made by us.
The healthcare provider assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind, in particular claims for recourse due to self-inflicted accidents or damage of any kind are excluded.
Lost items cannot be replaced. No liability is accepted for theft and injuries.
Visits to the health services are at your own risk.
Registrations by patients in verbal, telephone, written or electronic form must be regarded as binding in all cases.
The house rules and safety regulations of the host facility and the instructions of the healthcare provider must be followed.
