In mindfulness training, I teach various techniques such as breathing exercises, guided meditations and body awareness exercises. The focus is on directing attention to the here and now and observing thoughts and feelings mindfully without judging them. This mindful approach to inner experience helps to calm the mind, strengthen inner balance and develop a deeper sense of serenity.
