Special attention was paid to inclusion during the planning and construction of the health center. Therefore, all our rooms are barrier-free.

Thanks to the building’s hillside location and two independent parking areas, there are plenty of parking spaces available for both patients and staff.

This depends on which doctor or therapist you visit within the health center.

In the case of doctors/therapists with health insurance, you will be billed directly by your health insurance company.

The fees of elective physicians/therapists are determined individually by the practitioners, are to be paid by the patients themselves and can then be submitted to the statutory health insurance fund.

The term elective doctor/therapist is derived from the right of patients to freely choose their doctor/therapist. Patients of elective doctors/therapists are referred to as private patients.

There are a total of 22 social insurance institutions in Austria. Depending on whether a doctor/therapist has a contract with a health insurance fund of these social insurance institutions or not, a distinction is made between panel doctors/therapists and elective doctors/therapists.

A panel doctor/therapist charges the health insurance company directly for the services provided, while elective doctors/therapists generally work without a panel contract. Patients initially pay for the services provided privately, but can usually have a large part of the costs reimbursed by the health insurance company.

In order to enable fast processing and save you time, we will be happy to submit the fee note to your health insurance company on request.

In principle, you will be reimbursed up to 80% of the amount that a health insurance doctor/therapist is entitled to for providing the same service according to the tariff model of your health insurance fund. The actual reimbursement therefore depends on the tariff model of your health insurance company.

If you have private health insurance with a free choice of doctor/therapist, you will usually be fully reimbursed for the difference between our fee and the fee charged by your health insurance company.

You can easily make an appointment with us online and select the appropriate specialist or therapist and your personal preferred date.

You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail. After receipt of the booking confirmation, this date is firmly reserved for you.

We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible and keep waiting times to a minimum. We therefore ask you to arrive punctually for your appointments.

In exceptional cases, there may be waiting times due to acute patients or more complex cases, which you are welcome to spend in our Salve Café after a short consultation.

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you may not be able to keep an appointment that has already been arranged. In this case, please cancel your appointment by telephone or e-mail at least 48 hours before the appointment.

If the appointment is not canceled on time, our doctors and therapists are entitled to charge a cancellation fee.

If this process is already technically possible with your health insurance company, we will be happy to initiate this for you after payment on site and approval.

Please note that we have no influence on the processing time of the invoice or the amount of the reimbursement. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact your health insurance company directly.

The fees are to be paid directly after the appointment. They can be paid by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by payment slip and bank transfer.

Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, we are unable to accept cash payments.
