Taping is a form of physical therapy in which a special adhesive tape is applied to the affected areas of the body. The tape helps to support injured joints or muscles by restricting movement and providing compression.
Taping can be used to reduce swelling, improve posture, relieve pain, prevent re-injury and improve athletic performance.
