Our pelvic floor training is aimed at women and men who have problems with their pelvic floor or want to do something for their pelvic floor muscles as a preventative measure. We use targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor in order to alleviate complaints such as incontinence, prolapse or pain.
The pelvic floor therapy offered is recommended as preparation for pregnancy as well as during this time. The therapy and training serve to prepare for birth and are important for the postnatal recovery.
