Indications:
- Presence of new lesions, lumps, polyps or tissue changes that need to be examined or removed.
Implementation:
- Depending on the findings, the operation is performed under local or general anesthesia.
- The altered tissue is completely removed or a tissue sample (biopsy) is taken and sent for histopathological examination.
Postoperative care:
- Pain management, wound care
- Further treatment depending on the histopathological findings
