For the second examination appointment, please report to the specialist medicine/dentistry registration portal. They will accompany you to the waiting room from where you will be collected for the examinations. This takes about 2 hours. You will be taken through a series of stations where you will be examined by the various doctors. Preparation: For this appointment, please bring sports clothing for the stress ECG, your vaccination card and, if available, your glasses for the eye test. Please bring the filled stool tube (which you will receive at the 1st examination appointment) with you. All findings and documentation will be collected in a folder and given to you afterwards.

Damit die Ergebnisse Ihres Vorsorgeprogramms von UNIQA präzise und aussagekräftig sind, beachten Sie bitte folgende Punkte:

Preparation:

For the first examination appointment, follow the signs to General Medicine, which takes about 30 minutes. Here, a blood sample will be taken, a urine sample taken and a resting ECG recorded.

Preparation:

Please arrive sober for your appointment (i.e. no breakfast) – water or unsweetened tea and tablets are permitted.
Please do not go to the toilet immediately before the appointment, as the urine sample will be taken.

Do you have any questions?

At Salvida, we not only support you with our comprehensive service, but also with the right information.

Get in touch with us

If you have the appropriate insurance, you can claim the VitalCheck every two calendar years. It does not matter in which month the last check took place.

You should allow around 15 minutes for the blood sample to be taken. The examination will take about two hours.

If you have an appointment in the morning, you can have a light breakfast. If you have an afternoon appointment, you should not have eaten anything for about four hours beforehand. You should come to the blood test on an empty stomach.

Please take the completed medical history form and the stool test, sportswear with you to the examination appointment. As shower facilities are available, you should also bring a towel.

No, we from the Salvida team settle directly with the UNIQA insurance company.

You will receive the results in a folder immediately after the examination.
