Your job as a surgery assistant at the Salvida Health Center

Your role and responsibilities

• Warm welcome: support for our patients on site and on the phone
• Organizational professional: Management of the surgery process including appointment allocation and patient administration
• Medical assistance: support with diagnostic and therapeutic measures and carrying out simple medical activities
• Hands-on: taking blood samples and preparing the examination rooms in compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Documentation: Careful management of patient data in the EDP system.
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with doctors and the entire Salvida team.

Your profile – what you bring with you

• Qualification: Completed training as a surgery assistant (according to MABG).
• IT skills: Confident use of a PC; experience with surgery software is a plus.
• Personality: High level of social competence, enjoy working with people, reliability and team spirit.
• Working style: You work in a structured and independent manner, even when things get hectic at peak times.
• Communication: Very good knowledge of German; other languages are always welcome in our health centers.

Our offer – What you can expect

Appreciation: A salary in line with the market, which is well above the collective agreement. We offer a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,600 (based on 40 hours/week). Your actual salary will be agreed individually based on your qualifications and professional experience according to our internal salary scheme.e payment is above the collective agreement (employees in ordination).
