Recruiter (m/f/d) – Focus on healthcare

Your role and responsibilities:

• From support to professional: You start with our support and gradually take on more responsibility until you manage the entire recruiting process independently.
• Ad check: You formulate compelling job ads and publish them on the right channels.
• Candidate support: You are the first point of contact for our applicants and make sure that they feel comfortable with us from the very first moment.
• HR back office: You will be involved in HR administration and support us in our daily operational HR work.

Your profile – What you bring to the table:

• Your foundation: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (Matura level). You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• First steps: Ideally you already have experience in recruiting.
• Communication talent: You are not afraid to pick up the phone, can inspire people and write texts that people enjoy reading.
• Mindset: You work in a structured manner, are able to work under pressure and are keen to learn new things every day in a dynamic environment.
• Heart and soul: For you, healthcare is an industry with real meaning.
