Personnel Administration (m/f/d)

With the further expansion of our health centers, our need for professional, operational HR work is also growing. To strengthen our central HR team, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented person who enjoys a versatile HR role.

Your tasks:

• Support and processing of operational personnel administration
• Preparation of employment contracts, agreements, confirmations and HR documents
• Maintenance of personnel data and support with time recording and absence management
• Contact person for employees with personnel-related questions
• Organization of entries and exits as well as support in the onboarding process
• Support with the preparation of payroll accounting
• General administrative activities in the HR area

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or studies related to HR
• Completed payroll accounting exam an advantage
• Professional experience in a comparable HR role
• Sound knowledge of operational personnel administration
• Reliable, structured and independent way of working
• Discretion, accuracy and pleasure in dealing with people
• Confident handling of MS Office; HR software knowledge an advantage
