As an administrative assistant in day surgery, you are the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers and deal with their concerns.

You are responsible for …

Scheduling and coordinating deadlines as well as organizing and coordinating the necessary resources
high-quality and smooth patient admission, including Recording and updating patient data
Accounting and coordination with insurance companies
administrative and organizational tasks, e.g. mail and postal processing, receipt of deliveries, etc.
