Your tasks will include
- Warm welcome and friendly greeting for patients and visitors
- Provision of all information about the registration process
- Recording and updating patient data in electronic systems
- Verification and collection of insurance and personal information
- Appointment allocation and coordination
- Ensuring the availability of required resources
- Answering calls and answering patient-specific questions
- Passing on information about services offered
- Operating the IT-supported planning system
- Verification of insurance data and clarification of payment modalities
- Billing and invoicing for services rendered
- Preparation and delivery of necessary prescriptions
- Observance of time management and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Obtaining declarations of consent and information about data protection guidelines
- Provision of information on the course of examinations/interventions
- Clarification of questions regarding treatment preparations
- Processing of mail, delivery bills and e-mails according to documented procedure
- Support with loading and unloading the washing machine in the instrument reprocessing area
- Success-oriented communication and cooperation with insurance companies regarding billing of services and invoicing
- Team-oriented action and interprofessional communication with all colleagues
