Foreskin-preserving surgery is a surgical procedure to treat phimosis in which the foreskin of the penis is constricted and cannot be retracted over the glans or can only be retracted to a limited extent. The aim of this method is to preserve the foreskin instead of removing it completely, as is the case with a complete circumcision.
