Your role and responsibilities:

• Central support: You actively relieve the team, especially the management assistant, in all organizational and administrative tasks.
• Efficient deadline management: independent coordination, planning and careful tracking of appointments and deadlines.
• Professional document management: structured preparation, filing and management of important records and documents.
• Communication interface: You maintain confident communication with internal contacts, our customers and external service providers.
• Meeting support: You support the preparation of meetings and take the minutes if required.
• Office organization: You ensure optimal office organization and provide active support in day-to-day business.

Your profile – What you bring with you:

• Education: Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in office management, assistance or secretarial work is desirable.
• IT competence: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook) is a matter of course for you.
• Language skills: Business fluent in written and spoken German.
• Working style: You are characterized by your strong organizational skills, a highly structured and solution-oriented way of working and a high level of initiative.
• Personality: Your friendly, engaging and professional demeanor coupled with the utmost reliability, accuracy and discretion make you the ideal candidate.
• Ability to work under pressure: Even in dynamic phases, you keep a cool head, show flexibility and resilience when dealing with parallel tasks.
