IT Service Desk Employee – Support & Client Management (f/m/d)
Full-time
Your tasks:
- First point of contact for IT questions and problems in the client environment
- Processing of requests & incidents in the ticket system
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of our Windows-based client hardware (laptops, desktops, etc.)
- Review and monitoring of security guidelines & compliance requirements
- Active involvement in the design and further development of our desktop service processes
Your profile:
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in 1st level support or user helpdesk
- Sound knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365
- Experience with ticket systems
- High degree of service orientation, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
- You work quickly, are solution-oriented and service-friendly
We offer:
For this position we offer a gross monthly salary from € 3,300 based on full-time employment with 40 hours per week. An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
