Reinforcement wanted for the new PVZ St. Anna in Wels – new opening

Wels gets medical growth! With the opening of our new primary care center in May 2026, we are massively expanding the city’s healthcare services. Our aim is to provide holistic, interdisciplinary care at the highest level. To achieve this, we are looking for committed individuals who would like to enrich our expanded team with their specialist expertise and passion. We are looking for you as:

Employee at the patient registration desk (m/f/d)

20 hours per week | Wels

Your role

• First contact: You ensure a warm welcome and a professional first impression.
• Organizational talent: You coordinate appointments by phone and in person and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the waiting area.
• Interface: You support our team of doctors and therapists with administrative tasks (e-card system, administration of findings, prescriptions).
• Communication: You are the central point of contact for questions and ensure that our patients feel they are in good hands.

Your profile – what you bring with you

• Experience in reception, hotel reception or similar.
• Even on stressful days, you can keep an overview and a smile on your face.
• Confident use of a PC and willingness to familiarize yourself with our practice software.
• Excellent German language skills and an appreciative way of communicating.
