Your tasks:
- Preparation of balanced, healthy lunch dishes using fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients
- Planning and implementation of nutritious menus
- Ensuring the quality and freshness of all dishes
- Compliance with health and hygiene standards
- Creative further development of the healthy food offering
- Designing varied dishes for different dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)
- Control and organization of food stocks
- Collaboration with the team and support in preparation
Our requirements:
- Completed training as a chef or many years of experience in the catering industry
- Interest in healthy eating and sustainable cuisine
- Experience in preparing healthy and balanced meals
- Creativity in menu design and presentation
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Independent, organized way of working
The minimum monthly salary for this position is € 2,185.00 gross and depends on qualifications and experience.
