Our Salve Gastronomien complement this concept and provide patients and all people who are not undergoing treatment with regional, fresh products.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of balanced, healthy lunch dishes using fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients
• Planning and implementation of nutritious menus
• Ensuring the quality and freshness of all dishes
• Compliance with health and hygiene standards
• Creative further development of the healthy food offering
• Designing varied dishes for different dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)
• Control and organization of food stocks
• Collaboration with the team and support in preparation

Requirements:

• Completed training as a chef or many years of experience in the catering industry
• Interest in healthy eating and sustainable cuisine
• Experience in preparing healthy and balanced meals
• Creativity in menu design and presentation
• Team spirit and communication skills
• Independent, organized way of working

The minimum monthly salary for this position is € 2,587.00 gross and depends on qualifications and experience.
