Construction project manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of new construction and renovation projects in building construction for our health centers
• Close cooperation with contractors, architects, specialist planners and authorities
• Supervision of construction work and control of costs, deadlines and quality
• Comprehensive project support – from development to handover

Your profile:

• Civil engineering training (studies, HTL, master builder, apprenticeship, etc.)
• At least 5 years practical experience in construction management in building construction
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, standards and guidelines
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office (knowledge of MS Project, COOR and Nevaris an advantage)
• Possession of a class B driving license and willingness to travel within Austria
• Strong assertiveness and a self-confident demeanor
• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
